  • Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, there are some countries that have a high risk of orders not arriving due to the postal systems and customs department.

 

  • Where is the tracking number for my order?

Our items are made to order, processed as soon as you place your order. After it's produced, packaged and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number within 5-7 business days.
If it's an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

 

  • Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.

 

  • Can I add a discount code in after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to override the system.
Please make sure to apply the discount before checkout.

 

  • I just placed an order, but I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best. 

 

  • Why did I only receive part of my order? Where are my other items?

There are instances when we send out your orders separately, as soon as they're ready. So when ordering multiple items, you may receive different packages. But all will be on it's way to you.

 

  • What are your clothes made of?

We make sure that we use premium materials to provide you the best clothing  experience possible. You may find the clothing description in each product.

 

  • How is it made?

We use the latest sublimation printing techniques and high quality fabrics and materials, our print will never crack fade or peel. For clothing apparel, each piece of it is individually printed using a dye sublimation printing technique, everything is hand stitched together with the utmost care.

 

  • How long will it take for my order(s) to be handcrafted?

Let's take for example our clothing and apparel lines. For those, each panel is individually printed and hand-stitched together with the utmost care. As soon as you place your order, it will be included in the production line where each panel is carefully printed and pressed with the latest sublimation printing technology.
The printed panels are then moved to the cutters where the panels are cut and heat pressed to ensure each panel is perfectly ready for hand sewing.
Once the panels are cut and pressed, they are sew and carefully stitched together. Items are bundled into each separate order, packaged and shipped. The crafting time for orders is approximately 5-7 business days.

 

  • Does the price include customs fees/import taxes?

The order price you paid us only covers the cost of shipping the product to you. Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country. Please consider the tax laws of your country before purchasing.

 

  • The customs information says that my international order is stuck at a sorting facility! What does that mean?

Customs information for international orders is not quite the same as tracking information. Customs information is only updated when it is relevant to the customs process. Even if it appears that your order is “stuck” in a sorting facility, there’s no need to worry – your order is likely much further along than it appears.

  

  • Why is my post office/customs department asking me to pay tax? I thought I already paid for this?

The tax that you need to pay at your post office before collecting your order is the import duties. Import duties differ per country and is usually determined by the local authorities. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes on thier own country.
