Processing & Shipping Times

All Kali Space products are made especially for you after your order is placed.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production and processing before your order ships. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

• United States: 4–12 business days

• International orders: Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks, although delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks depending on your country's customs and postal services.

Free shipping is available on orders over USD $75.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to appear. Shipping carriers do not always update tracking data in real time, and tracking events may occasionally be delayed by several days.

If your tracking has not updated recently, don't worry—your package is most likely still moving through the shipping network.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes

The price paid at checkout covers the cost of your products and shipping only.

Depending on your country's regulations, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kalispace.com.

Orders begin processing very quickly after they are placed, so while we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order is shipped.

Customs & Sorting Facilities

For international orders, tracking updates related to customs processing may sometimes appear unchanged for several days.

This does not necessarily mean your package is delayed. Customs updates are only provided when relevant to the customs process, and your shipment may be further along than the tracking information indicates.
