We take pride in crafting every item to order. Thus, certain conditions apply when returning products:

  • Email us within 72 hours of delivery to report an issue with your item and include pictures of the item upon the arrival, to speed up the process.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
  • For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted.
  • We don't issue a size exchange or refund for apparel due to its custom nature. We don't keep inventory on hand as we produce an item only when the order is placed.
